A) 1:1 Sessions (48-hour policy)

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice by emailing [support@yourdomain.com] or using the reschedule link in your confirmation message (if available).
Late cancellations / No-shows: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and no-shows are forfeited and non-refundable.


Late arrival: If you arrive more than [10] minutes late, the session may be shortened and will still end at the scheduled time.

B) Packages (multi-session)

Packages must be used within [6 months] of purchase unless stated otherwise.
Packages are non-refundable after the first session is completed. If no sessions have been used, you may request a refund within (7) days of purchase, minus any non-refundable processing fees charged to us (where permitted).

C) Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final once delivered or accessed, unless otherwise required by law.

D) Monthly Membership / Subscription (Auto-Renew)

Auto-renew disclosure: Your membership renews automatically each month until canceled. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method at the then-current rate each billing cycle unless you cancel.


How to cancel: You may cancel at any time using either of the methods below:

  2. Timing: Cancellation stops future renewals. You will retain access through the end of your current paid billing period.


No prorated refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, unless required by law.


Acknowledgement & notices: After signup, you will receive confirmation of your renewal terms and cancellation instructions. Where required, we may send renewal reminders.

Automatic Renewal Terms (Memberships)

If you purchase a subscription, you agree that it will renew automatically until canceled. Renewal terms, pricing, and cancellation instructions are presented at checkout and in your post-purchase confirmation. You may cancel using the methods described in our Refund Policy.

E) Workshops / Events

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, event tickets are non-refundable. If we cancel an event, you will receive a refund or credit (your choice) within [14] days.
